All gift card sales are final once the code has been delivered. Codes are guaranteed valid at the time of delivery.

Region-locked products must be redeemed on an account matching the stated region. Please verify the region before purchasing.

Card-to-card (کارت به کارت) payments are verified manually; orders are fulfilled after the transfer is confirmed by our team.

Fraudulent payments will be cancelled and reported. We may request additional verification for high-value orders.

For any issue with your order, contact support — we will replace invalid codes or refund you if a replacement is unavailable.
